On the third day of the "AgroDialog-2026" forum, organized by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Food Processing Industry, Minister Bakyt Torobaev held a meeting with leaders of the processing industry who have achieved significant success and are recognized experts in this field.
During this meeting, processors shared their successes, emphasizing the critical role of storage and freezing technologies for both products and raw materials.
Presentations by the companies "Snegovik" and "Turan Group" were dedicated to freezing methods. In particular, special attention was given to the acoustic freezing method, which helps maintain high quality of fruits and berries without any losses.
