As part of the work of the Department for the Expertise of Agricultural Crops, a new automated system called AIS "Subsidy" has been created. Developed by specialists from the State Institution "AgroSmart," this platform aims for the complete digitalization of the process of distributing state subsidies among seed-growing enterprises.
The main task of the new system is to minimize corruption risks and ensure maximum transparency in the distribution of public funds. Now the entire process, including the submission of applications, their processing, and the tracking of seed movement, will take place in real time.
The system's functionality includes:
Online applications: farmers and agricultural enterprises can submit documents remotely through personal accounts.
Digital signature: all documents and commission protocols are certified using an electronic digital signature (EDS).
GPS control: the use of seeds is now confirmed by electronic acts with mandatory photo documentation and indication of the geographical coordinates of the crops.
Transparent logistics: the system ensures monitoring of the movement of seeds between regions and control of their supplies.
Automatic data verification will speed up the decision-making process for the commission, while analytical reporting will provide the Ministry of Agriculture with a clear picture of the state of seed production in the country.
