The press service of the Ministry of Agriculture reported the launch of an automated information system known as the "Unified System for Providing State Subsidies to Seed Production Farms of the Kyrgyz Republic," or abbreviated as AIS "Subsidy." The development of this system was carried out by the State Institution "AgroSmart," which operates within the ministry.
This system is designed to digitize processes related to the submission, processing, and accounting of applications for state subsidies. Additionally, AIS "Subsidy" ensures monitoring of seeds and control over their targeted use.
The main advantages of the system include increased transparency of processes, reduced corruption risks, and the ability to generate analytical reports in real time.
Among the key functions of AIS "Subsidy," the following can be highlighted:
- online registration and identification of users with various access levels (for seed producers, agricultural producers, district commissions, and the Department);
- the ability to submit and track electronic applications for subsidies with automatic verification of the provided data;
- electronic document management using digital signatures;
- conducting online meetings of commissions with the formation and signing of electronic protocols;
- monitoring the movement of seeds, including logistics and inter-district supplies;
- creation of electronic acts on the targeted use of seeds with photo documentation and GPS data;
- centralized electronic archive and the ability to obtain analytical reports.
