Since 2010, there has been a gradual winding down of communal activities, resulting in the property being used for commercial purposes. Control over this site was transferred to D. B. (then Deputy Head of the Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic) through his mother R. Z., who was appointed director of the LLC "Aibol".
D. B. voluntarily transferred the production base, with a total area of 0.64 hectares, to the balance of the State Agency for Urban Development and Architecture (GAUGI) under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In the future, the land plots will be evaluated by independent experts and transferred to the Bishkek city administration.
