GKNB: The state has regained the production facility in Bishkek at the address T. Frunze St. 1A
The press release states that the GKNB uncovered the fact of illegal transfer of state property into private hands.
"In 1988, based on the Housing and Utilities Enterprise of the joint-stock company 'Kyrgyzkurulush', the company OsOO 'Aibol' was established, to which the production base and land plot of 0.64 hectares were transferred during the privatization process," the statement says.
"During the privatization, OsOO 'Aibol' undertook obligations to service residential buildings, and the founders were not allowed to change the direction of activities or dispose of property without unanimous consent," the GKNB added.
However, since 2010, there has been a reduction in communal activities, and the company's property began to be used for commercial purposes. Control over the enterprise passed to D.B. (then deputy head of the Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic) through his mother, R.Z., who was appointed director of OsOO 'Aibol', the statement notes.
Currently, an assessment of the mentioned land plots is planned by independent experts, after which they will be transferred to the disposal of the Bishkek city mayor's office.
