The Ministry of Energy presented work plans for the Naryn region
In 2026, as part of the reforms of the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic, the replacement of 21 transformers and the installation of 6 new units of equipment are planned in the Naryn region.
The replacement of transformers will take place in several districts: Ak-Tal (1), At-Bash (3), Kochkor (7), Naryn (7), and Toguz-Toro (3). Additionally, new transformers will be installed in the At-Bash (1), Jumgal (2), and Naryn (3) districts.
The plans for major and current repairs also include work with 2,015 transformers.
The Ministry of Energy noted that in 2025, the Naryn Electric Networks Enterprise replaced and installed 83 transformers, which allowed for an increase in the total electrical capacity of the region by 39,217 kVA.
