Additionally, the court reported that the case is being considered in substance in the Kara-Suu District Court of the Osh region.
Saipidinov is accused of creating and participating in an organized group, which carries a penalty of imprisonment for a term of 5 to 8 years with confiscation of property. He is also accused of corruption committed in the interests of the organized group, which is punishable by imprisonment for a term of 12 to 15 years with confiscation of property and deprivation of the right to hold certain positions.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that since 2014, Saipidinov, along with officials from the Savai village council and employees of the State Agency for Land Resources, illegally transferred significant land plots into private ownership, resulting in substantial damage to the state.
It is worth noting that on August 7, 2025, Saipidinov was brought to Bishkek from Novosibirsk, where he was detained. On social media, he stated that his detention is related to the actions of the former deputy head of the Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, Raimbek Matraimov, who was convicted of corruption. Saipidinov claims to know facts concerning the cases of Aierken Saimaiti and journalist Ulan Egizbaev, and that Matraimov is trying to prevent their disclosure.
Furthermore, Saipidinov stated that he was threatened in Dubai and even attempted to be attacked with a knife. He appealed to the head of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev, asking him to take personal control of his case and promised to cooperate with the investigation.
