The exemption will be valid upon the presence of a corresponding document from the authorized body of the Kyrgyz Republic, which must confirm that the goods are intended for industrial use. This document must specify:
- the names of the importing organizations;
- the processing enterprises where the raw sugar will be used.
It is important to note that the raw sugar imported under this exemption is intended solely for processing within Kyrgyzstan. The export of white sugar produced from this raw material is prohibited.
