This structure will be a union of government agencies, financial institutions, educational organizations, and international partners, which should contribute to improving the efficiency and transparency of state policy in the field of small and medium entrepreneurship.
The Secretariat of the new consortium has been appointed to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, which will be responsible for coordinating the actions of participants and overseeing the implementation of adopted decisions.
The decree notes that decisions made by the consortium's coordination council will be mandatory for all its participants and government bodies. Ministries and agencies will need to actively cooperate with the consortium in key areas of small and medium business development.
The Cabinet of Ministers has been tasked with developing and approving a Support and Development Program for SMEs until 2030 by the end of the second quarter of 2026, which will include:
- stimulating youth entrepreneurship and unlocking the country's innovative potential;
- supporting women entrepreneurship and expanding economic opportunities for women;
- supporting social business and creating jobs for vulnerable groups;
- developing regional entrepreneurship;
- forming production clusters and improving technological competitiveness;
- developing a creative economy focused on innovation and export.
