In Kyrgyzstan, alcohol and tobacco will be monitored
The meeting at the State Tax Service gathered businessmen to discuss new initiatives
The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan announced plans to implement a tracking system for alcoholic and tobacco products, as well as their derivatives.
Starting from February 11, 2026, the use of navigation seals will be mandatory for the export and import of these products.
At a recent meeting that brought together business representatives, details of the upcoming changes were clarified.
The main goal of implementing the seals is to ensure the safety and accuracy of declared goods, which should simplify the border crossing process and ease the burden on entrepreneurs.
In addition, the State Tax Service announced the conduct of training sessions for businesses on the new system.
This decision was made in accordance with the EAEU agreement on the implementation of navigation seals for tracking goods.
