Tax Service of the KR: Mandatory use of navigation seals will begin on February 11, 2026

During the meeting, the details of the implementation of navigation seals were discussed, which are intended to simplify the control of transportation. Kubanychbek Isabekov noted that the goal of this initiative is to ensure the safety and accuracy of declared goods. This, in turn, contributes to speeding up the process of crossing the state border and reducing the administrative burden on businesses.

During the discussion, specialists from the State Tax Service, together with the national operator of the cargo tracking system, provided participants with information on the procedure for using navigation seals. Business representatives were able to ask questions regarding the new rules.

Additional training sessions and seminars on the application of this tracking system are planned for further training of State Tax Service employees and informing taxpayers.

It should be noted that according to the EAEU Agreement on navigation seals and the decision of the Eurasian Economic Commission, a system of constant tracking of transportation using navigation seals will be implemented in the countries participating in the Eurasian Economic Union starting from February 11, 2026.

This system will apply to road and rail transport carrying alcoholic products, tobacco, and tobacco products.
