During the discussions, as stated on the official website of the Turkic Council, the participants of the meeting touched upon the current affairs of the organization and explored ways to further strengthen cooperation among Turkic countries. Omuraliev emphasized that the organization plays an increasingly significant role in political dialogue, economic interaction, and cultural ties among member states and observers.
Particular attention was paid to parliamentary diplomacy, which promotes the advancement of common interests of the Turkic world. In this context, the parties noted the importance of national parliaments and specialized parliamentary platforms in supporting initiatives and decisions made within the framework of the Turkic Council.
Kurtulmuş confirmed the continuous support of the Turkish Parliament for the activities of the Organization and efforts aimed at strengthening unity, solidarity, and cooperation among Turkic states.
As a result of the meeting, both sides expressed their readiness to further strengthen institutional interaction and promote initiatives aimed at developing closer ties among the countries of the Turkic space.
