According to Politico, the U.S. military operation against Iran is planned to last at least 100 days, ending in September. According to an internal Pentagon document, representatives of the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) have requested additional military intelligence personnel to support operations against Iran.

The publication reports that the State Department is allocating additional resources for the evacuation of Americans from the Middle East, while the Pentagon is rapidly increasing the number of troops engaged in intelligence gathering. These actions indicate that the U.S. administration "was not fully prepared for a larger war," notes Politico.

On February 28, Israel and the United States struck Iranian targets. Donald Trump confirmed his intentions to destroy the nuclear program of the Islamic Republic.

In response, Iran began attacking territories in Israel and other Middle Eastern countries where U.S. military bases are located. Strikes were carried out against countries such as Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

As a result of the U.S.-Israeli operation, Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed. Later, his wife, Mansoureh Khojasteh, died from her injuries.

A jihad was declared in Iran against the U.S. and Israel, emphasizing that there will be no negotiations.

Changes in the Middle East are also affecting other countries, including Kyrgyzstan. Due to the conflict in the UAE, thousands of Kyrgyz tourists are stranded. Contact phone numbers for embassies and consulates for Kyrgyz citizens abroad can be found here.
