The third round of trilateral negotiations, involving representatives from Russia, the USA, and Ukraine, is taking place on February 17-18 in Geneva. The Russian delegation is headed by Vladimir Medinsky, assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, while Ukraine is represented by Rustem Umerov, Secretary of the National Security Council.
