Trump urged protesters in Iran to seize government institutions

In his message on the Truth Social platform, Trump urged Iranian patriots to continue protests and seize government institutions. He emphasized that "the names of the murderers and rapists must be preserved; they will pay for their crimes." The president also added that he has canceled all meetings with Iranian officials until the senseless killings of protesters cease. "Help is already on the way," he assured.

Trump concluded his post with the phrase MIGA (Make Iran Great Again).

Protests in Iran have been ongoing for two weeks. According to human rights organizations, more than 10,700 people have been detained, and the death toll has exceeded 2,000, according to Reuters.

In response to the protests, the country's authorities shut down the internet and mobile communications, leaving citizens without access to the network for five days.

Earlier, Trump also mentioned that he is considering a strike on Iran to support the protesters.

Additionally, Iran's crown prince Reza Pahlavi, who left the country after the Islamic Revolution, called for control over urban centers amid the economic crisis.
