Trump: The Defense of Greenland Consists of Two Dog Sled Teams

Speaking to the press aboard Air Force One, Trump noted that the defense of Greenland essentially comes down to "two dog sleds."

He emphasized that Greenland needs to reach an agreement, as the island does not want Russia or China to gain control. "The U.S. must 'take' this island. Otherwise, other powers may intervene," he added. "That won't happen while I'm president," Trump assured.

Previously, Trump had repeatedly raised concerns about potential threats from Russia and China, justifying the need for American control over Greenland. However, as reported by the Financial Times, diplomats from Northern European countries have denied claims of Russian and Chinese vessels near the island.
