According to the supervisory authority, during an inspection of compliance with land legislation, it was revealed that in 2007, a plot of 2.2 hectares located in the Birimdik rural district was transferred into private ownership with serious violations of legal norms.
As a result of the prosecutor's actions, this plot, valued at 30.4 million soms, was returned to state ownership.
Prosecutor's office representatives emphasized that facilities related to social and cultural infrastructure must be used strictly for their intended purpose. In the case of their illegal alienation, such facilities are subject to return to state ownership in accordance with established legal procedures.
