The state has returned a 2-hectare plot in the Chuy region.
During the inspection of compliance with land legislation, the prosecutor's office of the Chui region found that in 2007, a land plot of 2.2 hectares, located in the Birimdik rural district and intended for the construction of sports facilities, was transferred to private ownership with clear violations of land legislation norms.
Based on the results of the inspection, according to the act of prosecutorial response, this plot, valued at 30.4 million soms, was returned to state ownership.
It is important to emphasize that social and cultural infrastructure facilities must be used exclusively for their intended purpose. In the case of their illegal alienation, they are subject to return to state ownership in accordance with the procedures established by law.
