The Prosecutor's Office of the Chui District has returned a 2.2-hectare plot of land to state ownership, which was previously unlawfully transferred to private ownership. The estimated value of this plot is 30.4 million soms.
As a result of the inspection, it was established that this plot, located within the Birimdik rural district and intended for the construction of sports facilities, was transferred to private hands in 2007 in violation of land legislation norms.
Based on the conducted inspection, the Prosecutor's Office initiated a prosecutorial response act, which allowed for the return of the plot to state ownership.
The Prosecutor's Office noted that facilities related to social and cultural infrastructure must be used strictly for their intended purpose. In the event of their unlawful alienation, such facilities are subject to return to state ownership in the established manner.
