At the wrestling tournament in Albania, Kyrgyz athletes Aiperi Medet kyzy and Nurzat Nurtayeva managed to reach the final, reports the United World Wrestling (UWW) organization.
Aiperi, competing in the 76 kg category, demonstrated excellent technique, winning against opponents from Turkey, Bulgaria, and Kazakhstan with a total score of 35:2.
In the decisive match, she will face a wrestler from Ecuador.
Nurzat Nurtayeva, representing the 72 kg category, also showed a high level, defeating athletes from Poland, India, and Bulgaria.
In the final, she will compete against a representative from Kazakhstan.
