At the World Congress on Snow, Mountain, and Wellness Tourism, as well as at the seventh meeting of the Mountain Partnership held in Andorra, Kyrgyzstan was represented by a delegation led by Dinara Kemelova, the special representative of President Sadyr Japarov on mountain issues.

During the congress, participants discussed important aspects related to finding the optimal balance between innovation, sustainable development, and the preservation of the natural and cultural heritage of mountain regions. This event brought together representatives from governments, experts, and industry participants from mountain countries to develop strategies for sustainable tourism.

Dinara Kemelova also met with the head of the Andorran government, Xavier Espot Samora, where she conveyed an invitation from Sadyr Japarov to participate in the second global mountain summit "Bishkek+25," which will take place in 2027, and proposed to deepen cooperation between states in promoting the mountain agenda on the international stage.

As part of her trip, the president's special representative met with the UN Secretary-General for Tourism, Sheikha Al Nuwais, where they discussed issues of support for mountain communities and promoting tourism initiatives, including the development of cultural and historical sites.

Particular attention was paid to unlocking the potential of Kyrgyzstan's mountainous areas, specifically the historical sites of the Great Silk Road, the creation of infrastructure highlighting the significance of the Battle of Talas and other cultural sites in mountainous regions. Topics of ecological and agro-tourism, the establishment of geoparks, as well as training and capacity building for mountain communities were also discussed.

Kemelova held a series of meetings with representatives from Andorra, Germany, Switzerland, Montenegro, Italy, as well as with organizations such as UNEP and OSCE to promote bilateral and multilateral cooperation, gain support for Kyrgyzstan's mountain initiatives, and encourage the expanded participation of foreign states, international organizations, and experts in the upcoming "Bishkek+25" summit.
