In the Eastern branch of the State Center for Vehicle Registration and Driver Licensing, the organization of the process for exchanging driver's licenses has significantly improved. The staff is working in an enhanced mode, providing services in both online and offline formats.
Special attention is given to assisting citizens: if they have electronic documents in the "Tündük" application, the center's employees actively support them on-site. This includes help with application processing, photography, as well as data verification and sending documents for production right during the visit.
Citizens without electronic documents also receive service without delays, making the process faster and more convenient for all who wish to participate.
