During a check on compliance with legislation concerning children and housing rights, violations were identified. According to the information received, the Ak-Bashat rural administration failed to provide this category of citizens with land plots within the established timeframe. As a result, a prosecutor's response act was drawn up.

After reviewing the prosecutor's response act, the children's rights were restored: they were provided with plots and handed state acts confirming their right to private ownership for the construction of residential houses.
It is worth noting that according to the Code on Children and the Housing Code, the state is obligated to provide housing for orphans. In the absence of their own housing, they have the right to priority allocation of living space upon reaching the age of 16.
