During an inspection conducted by the prosecutor's office, violations were identified related to the lack of timely provision of land plots to children, which constitutes a violation of legislation concerning children and housing rights. In response, a prosecutor's response act was sent to the Ak-Bashat rural administration.

As a result of the consideration of the act, the rights of the children were restored, and they were handed state acts confirming their right to private ownership of the plots designated for the construction of residential houses.
