Three Orphans Were Granted Land Plots in the Moscow District
In the Chui region, in the Moscow district, the rights of orphaned children to receive land plots have been restored. This was reported by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During an inspection aimed at protecting the rights of orphaned children, it was found that the rights of three orphans living in the village of Petrovka in the Tort-Gul rural district had been violated. "The land plots were not provided to them in the order of priority, as prescribed by law," the prosecutor's office stated.
As a result of the measures taken by the prosecutor's office, each of these children was allocated a land plot of 11 hundredths for individual housing construction, and they were also handed state certificates confirming their ownership rights.
