A meeting took place recently between the Minister of Emergency Situations Kanatbek Chynbaev and the French Ambassador Nicolas Fay, according to information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Chynbaev emphasized the successful experience of cooperation with French partners, which includes joint activities in fire safety and rescue operations, as well as the provision of humanitarian and technical assistance.
The French side expressed its intention to continue developing this cooperation, especially in the area of training specialists and exchanging experiences between the relevant structures.
Additionally, the meeting discussed the advancement of a draft protocol on cooperation between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of the Interior of France. Both sides expressed confidence in the prompt agreement on this document.
