In the document that the Bishkek City Hall sent to the Bishkek City Council, there is information about the consent for the gratuitous alienation of a land plot on Tokombaev Street. This plot, with an area of 50.8052 hectares, will be transferred to the management of the State Agency for State Property Management and the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

According to the document, the Bishkek City Council needs to approve the transfer of this land plot, with identification code 1-04-12-0032-0375, into state ownership.

The accompanying materials contain requirements for the transfer:

In April 2025, the City Hall had already reported its intention to transfer these plots to the Office of the President, and in February 2026, they will be transferred to the State Agency for Geodesy, Cartography, and Land Management (GAUGI).

This territory will be used for the implementation of state programs and projects, as well as in the interests of the state.

Additionally, the City Hall proposes to extend the validity of the document allowing the transfer of state property to municipal ownership for two years. This will enable the Bishkek City Hall to independently make decisions about the transfer of state property to municipal ownership without the need for approval from the City Council.
