As of March 23, 69,851 taxpayers have already submitted their unified tax declaration. This information was announced by the press service of the State Tax Service (STS).
Among the declarants are 26,219 legal entities and 43,632 state and municipal officials, as well as a number of individuals.
The State Tax Service strongly recommends submitting the declaration in advance to avoid last-minute stress.
We remind you that by April 1, the following groups are required to submit their declarations:
– organizations registered in the country, except for those financed from the budget and having no tax liabilities for property tax for the reporting period;
– foreign companies operating in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic with a permanent representative office;
– state and municipal officials;
– members of the Council for the Selection of Judges, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums, as well as the board of the National Bank;
– heads and their deputies in institutions, enterprises, or organizations with state participation.
Declarations must be submitted by May 1:
– individual entrepreneurs (except for those working in trade zones with special conditions, on a patent, or under the rates of the single tax of 0%, 0.1%, 0.5%, and 1%, as well as farms without legal entity status);
– citizens of Kyrgyzstan working in international organizations, as well as in diplomatic and consular institutions of foreign states on the territory of the country;
– individuals who have received taxable income from which income tax was not withheld for the reporting period.
Other individuals wishing to receive social or property deductions may submit their declarations on a voluntary basis.
