In the Kyrgyz Republic, a campaign has begun for the submission of the unified tax declaration for the year 2025, organized by the State Tax Service.

The process of submitting declarations will take place in two stages: legal entities and public servants must submit documents by April 1, while individuals and individual entrepreneurs must do so by May 1.

The deadline for submitting the declaration is April 1. The obligation to submit a declaration falls on:
– local organizations, except for those funded from the budget and having no tax liabilities for property tax during the reporting period;

– foreign companies operating in Kyrgyzstan with a permanent establishment;

– state and municipal employees;

– members of the Judicial Selection Council, the Central Election Commission, and the Board of the National Bank.

The deadline for individuals is May 1. The obligation to submit a declaration applies to:
– individual entrepreneurs (except for those conducting business in specific trade zones, working under a patent or simplified tax rates, as well as peasant farms without legal status);

– citizens of Kyrgyzstan working in international organizations or diplomatic missions within the country;

– individuals who received income from which income tax was not withheld during the reporting period.

Other categories of citizens wishing to receive social or property deductions may submit declarations on a voluntary basis.

Tax declarations can be submitted electronically through the "taxpayer's cabinet" on the website Cabinet.salyk.kg.

It is important to note that the declaration must include information about income, expenses, economic activities, real estate, land plots, as well as the amounts of taxes paid during the reporting period.

Additional information can be obtained from local tax authorities, as well as by phone at 116 or on the website www.sti.gov.kg.
