
According to information from the GNS press service, the process of submitting declarations will take place in two stages. Legal entities, as well as state and municipal officials, must submit their declarations by April 1, while individual entrepreneurs and private individuals have until May 1.
The obligation to submit a tax declaration by April 1 applies to the following categories:
– domestic organizations, except those funded from the budget and having no tax liabilities for property tax for the reporting period;
– foreign organizations operating in Kyrgyzstan with a permanent establishment;
– state and municipal officials;
– members of the Judicial Selection Council, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums, and the board of the National Bank;
The category of individuals required to submit declarations by May 1 includes:
– individual entrepreneurs, except those operating in trade zones with special regimes, on a patent basis, at unified tax rates of 0%, 0.1%, 0.5%, and 1%, as well as peasant (farm) households without legal entity status;
– citizens working in international organizations and diplomatic missions of foreign states in Kyrgyzstan;
– private individuals who received taxable income from which income tax was not withheld for the reporting period.
Other private individuals wishing to receive social or property deductions may submit a declaration voluntarily.
The submission of the declaration is carried out in electronic format through the Taxpayer Cabinet on the website Cabinet.salyk.kg. It is important to indicate in the declaration information about income and expenses, economic activities, property objects, land plots, and the amount of taxes paid for the reporting period.
