
To prepare such a large-scale feast, four horses were slaughtered. For the beshbarmak, 300 kilograms of noodles were used, of which 50 kilograms were handmade by artisans.

The organizers noted that in Kyrgyz cuisine, chuchuk holds second place in significance after the delicacy of ucha.
