In Naryn, a 100-meter-long chuchuk and beshbarmak were prepared in five cauldrons for Nowruz
As part of the celebration of Nowruz in Naryn, an impressive 100-meter-long chuchuk was prepared, along with beshbarmak, which was cooked in five large cauldrons. This was reported by Zhyldyz Kokonbay, the initiator of the project "Aryba Kyrgyzmyndyn Narktyulugu."
According to her, the culinary event used meat from four horses. The preparation of beshbarmak required 300 kilograms of noodles, 50 kilograms of which were made by hand.
To create the 100-meter-long chuchuk, kazy was also used, obtained from the meat of the same four horses. An interesting feature of this dish was that it was prepared together with ribs.
