
Thanks to the intervention of the prosecutor's office, three orphaned children in the Moscow district became owners of land plots.
According to the supervisory authority, each of the orphans was allocated 11 hundredths for individual housing construction, and they were also handed state acts confirming their ownership rights.
Earlier, during an inspection, the prosecutor's office found that the rights of orphans living in the village of Petrovka in the Tort-Gul rural district had been violated, as they had not been provided with land plots in accordance with the established legal procedure.
After measures were taken by the prosecutor's office, the violations were rectified.
