In an open dialogue format of "question-answer," participants discussed current taxation issues. Service representatives spoke about modern methods of detecting tax violations, including the analytical system "Salyk kuzot," which, according to the STS, helps increase the transparency of tax administration.
Moreover, taxpayers were informed about the latest changes in the tax legislation of Kyrgyzstan. These changes aim to simplify administration, reduce the burden on businesses, and create a more favorable environment for entrepreneurship.
Shykmamatov emphasized the importance of such meetings for forming an open dialogue with the business community, identifying their problems, and obtaining specific proposals for their resolution. During the event, entrepreneurs had the opportunity to ask questions and receive clarifications from the tax service leadership.
He noted: "Before making significant changes to the tax legislation, it is necessary to conduct open discussions with business representatives. Today's meeting was productive, and we received valuable feedback from taxpayers, as well as clarified some aspects of taxation."
The head of the STS pointed out the need to respect the interests of both the state and entrepreneurs. He emphasized that it is important to find a compromise, ensuring fair taxation and minimizing barriers to doing business.
Shykmamatov called for finding a balance between the interests of business and the state.
He also added that tax reform should be aimed at mutually beneficial cooperation: on one hand, it is necessary to ensure budget revenues, and on the other, to create comfortable conditions for taxpayers.
"Such an approach is only possible with the establishment of partnership relations between the state and business," Shykmamatov noted.
At the end of the meeting, he outlined a number of priority tasks and assignments based on the opinions of the business community, aimed at improving interaction with entrepreneurs and further optimizing tax administration.
