30 hectares of land have been allocated for its construction.
A new campus of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU) is planned to be built on the outskirts of the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek. This was announced by the university's rector, Sergey Volkov.
As part of the project, 30 hectares of land have been allocated, and it is currently undergoing the ratification process in the State Duma of Russia.
The Kyrgyz side needs to resolve issues related to the registration of land plots and the provision of necessary engineering communications. The financing of the construction will be carried out by the Russian side.
The project will be implemented in stages: the first stage is planned for 2026–2028, the second for 2028–2030, and the third for 2030–2032.
