
An international medical cluster worth $150 million will begin implementation in Karakol. This project was presented to the Chairman of the Government, Adylbek Kasymaliev, during his visit to the Issyk-Kul region.
It is expected that the new medical cluster will become a key center for high technologies in the field of medicine and medical tourism in the CIS and neighboring countries. The complex will utilize modern diagnostic and treatment technologies, as well as the establishment of specialized oncology and cardiology centers.
Additionally, the project includes attracting highly qualified foreign specialists and developing a relevant medical education system to train qualified personnel.
The complex will be designed for 510 beds. It is anticipated that the implementation of this project will create about 750 new jobs and significantly improve access to high-tech medical care in the region.
