The land is requested to be transferred free of charge
A draft resolution concerning the consent for the free transfer of a land plot has been submitted to the Bishkek City Council. This plot is located in the Southern planning zone on Tokombaev Street.
According to information from the mayor's office, in a letter dated January 29, 2026, No. 11/236, the President's Office is requesting to consider the possibility of transferring a territory of 50.4938 hectares to state ownership.
It is expected that this land will be used for the implementation of state programs and projects in the interests of the country.
