Applications for participation in the competition are accepted until April 2, 2026, and the selection of candidates is scheduled for April 3 in the capital of the country, Bishkek.
Large solar generation projects with capacities ranging from 300 to 500 megawatts are planned, involving investors in three regions of the republic:
- lot No. 1: Issyk-Kul region, Balakchy, Karatal area (400 hectares);
- lot No. 2: Batken region, Kadamjay district, Moldoniyaz (1,020 hectares);
- lot No. 3: Jalal-Abad region, Toktogul district, Ketmen-Tyube (1,045 hectares);
- lot No. 4: Issyk-Kul region, Jeti-Oguz district, Tosor village (1,900 square meters);
- lot No. 5: Issyk-Kul region, Ton district, Sogottu area (3.4 hectares);
- lot No. 6: Osh region, Nookat district, Kara-Koy village (4.7 hectares);
- lot No. 7: Osh region, Nookat district, Kozhokelen reserve (3.73 hectares);
- lot No. 8: Issyk-Kul region, Jeti-Oguz district, Ak-Shiyrak village (5.1 hectares);
- lot No. 9: Batken region, Kadamjay district, Orozbekov village (0.45 hectares);
- lot No. 10: Jalal-Abad region, Toktogul district, A. Suerkulov (14.5 hectares);
- lot No. 11: Issyk-Kul region, Ak-Suu district, Shakhtinskoe forestry (46.2 hectares);
- lot No. 12: Talas region, Bakai-Ata district, Birimdik (0.5 hectares);
- lot No. 13: Jalal-Abad region, Toktogul district, Terik-Suu village (1.16 hectares);
- lot No. 14: Osh region, Osh forestry, Shut area (13.5 hectares);
- lot No. 15: Issyk-Kul region, Tyup district, Karkyrin forestry (39.2 hectares).
