In Bishkek, at the National Center for Children and Youth "Seitek," a forum titled "Youth Against Extremism" was held, as reported by the press service of the city’s Department of Internal Affairs.
The aim of the forum was to prevent radicalization among youth, as well as to promote the values of peace, tolerance, and civic responsibility.
Participants included representatives from various government structures, the clergy, sports organizations, youth associations, and high school students from the capital.
Speaking at the event, the head of the Bishkek Department of Internal Affairs, Azamat Toktonaliev, emphasized the importance of preventive work with youth, noting that the younger generation plays a crucial role in ensuring peace and stability in society.
Forum speakers urged young people to pay attention to spiritual and moral values, active participation in community life, and a healthy lifestyle as an alternative to destructive ideologies.
