The city administration is recommended to use the land strictly for its intended purpose
The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has approved a resolution to reclassify a plot of land in the Oktobrskiy district of Bishkek from agricultural land to land for populated areas. This was reported by the government’s press service.
The plot, which covers 0.5 hectares and is located within contour No. 19 of the Oktobrskiy district, has been reclassified from "agricultural land" to "land for populated areas." Currently, this land belongs to Viktor Valyaev.
The change in the status of the land plot was made for the further construction of multi-story residential complexes.
The city administration has been instructed to make the necessary changes to the land registration documents and to strictly adhere to the intended use of this plot.
