In Bishkek, the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan approved a decision to reclassify a land plot in the October district from agricultural land to land for urban development.

The plot, which covers an area of 0.5 hectares, is located within contour No. 19 and was previously classified as "agricultural land." It belongs to a private individual, Viktor Valyaev.
This decision is aimed at the construction of multi-story residential complexes.
The Bishkek city administration has been instructed to make the necessary changes to the land accounting documents and to ensure that the plot is used in accordance with its new designated purpose. The city authorities are also required to develop and approve urban planning documentation that complies with building codes and legislative requirements.

In implementing this project, it is necessary to consider environmental requirements, sanitary standards, and civil protection regulations. Additionally, compensations for potential losses in agriculture and forestry must be provided in accordance with the law.

The resolution will come into effect in 10 days.
