Alakshukur Ibragimovich Gasanov was born in 1951.
His professional career began in 1975 when he started working as a teacher at the Sosnovskaya Secondary School located in the Kalinin District.
Throughout his life, he held various positions, including school director and director of vocational school No. 35, head of the education department of the Kalinin District, chairman of the Sosnovsky village council, and head of the Sosnovsky ayil okmotu.
Since 2001, Alakshukur Gasanov held key positions in the Jayil District State Administration, and from 2002, he headed the education department of the Jayil District. He dedicated more than forty years of his life to the development of education and the social sphere in his region.
For his contributions, he received numerous state and departmental awards, including the badge of "Excellence in Education of the Kyrgyz Republic."
In addition, he was respected as an Honorary Citizen of the Jayil District and the city of Kara-Balta.
