Passed away the distinguished vocational education specialist of the USSR Kapar Abykeev


The judicial system of the Kyrgyz Republic deeply mourns the passing of Kapar Satybaldievich Abykeev, the father of the chairman of the Bishkek City Court Talaybek Kaparovich Abykeev. In this difficult time, the judiciary of the country expresses its sincere condolences and support to the family and loved ones of the deceased.

Kapar Satybaldievich Abykeev was born on February 18, 1952. His life became a symbol of dedication to the profession and service to society. After completing his education at the Karasu Secondary School in 1968, he obtained a specialty at Vocational School No. 6 in the village of Kok-Oy, and then continued his education at the Tashkent Industrial-Pedagogical Technical School No. 2, graduating in 1974. From that moment, he began his career as a production training master at Vocational School No. 6 and from 1977 headed the Ak-Sai branch of this educational institution.

In 1984, possessing outstanding organizational skills and a thirst for knowledge, Kapar completed a ten-month French language course at Zhukov University in Leningrad. In 1985, he was appointed director of Vocational School No. 110 in the Talas region. From 1986 to 1988, Abykeev carried out an important mission in Afghanistan, where he worked as an advisor on vocational and technical education. Upon returning to his homeland, he continued his work and in 1994 again became the director of Vocational Lyceum No. 110, holding this position until his well-deserved retirement in July 2023.

Kapar Satybaldievich was repeatedly recognized for his labor achievements with various state and departmental awards. His accolades include the badges "Distinguished Vocational Education Specialist of the USSR" and "Veteran of Vocational Education of the USSR," the medal "From the Grateful Afghan People," the honorary certificate "Manas 1000," as well as the Order "For Merit" from the Russian Union of Veterans of Afghanistan. His work was highly appreciated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic and the local state administration.
