The State Tax Service (GNS) reminds of the importance of adhering to certain rules when submitting applications and complaints. All appeals must comply with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the review period varies from 14 to 30 days.
Applications can be submitted in various ways:
- in writing (as an application, complaint, or appeal);
- in electronic form (via the official website or by email);
- orally — during a personal reception.
Each appeal must include the following information:
- the name of the government body or its local division;
- the full name of the applicant;
- contact phone number;
- residential address.
For the successful consideration of citizens' appeals, it is necessary to provide information about possible violations, including:
- the full name of the taxpayer;
- the identification tax number (ITN);
- the address of economic activity;
- specific facts of violations of tax legislation.
Appeals that do not contain the specified data or are anonymous may be left without consideration. It is also important that the complaint is justified; if necessary, documents and other materials confirming the facts should be attached.
The GNS reserves the right to refuse to consider appeals if they do not contain specific data and evidence.
To submit an appeal or complaint in electronic format, you can use email. Email addresses can be found on the official website of the Tax Service in the "Contacts" section, under "Citizen Appeals".
Additionally, a hotline is provided for complaints about the unlawful actions of employees: 0 (312) 62-11-13.
