The Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan Reminds of the Need to Submit Requests in Accordance with Legal Requirements
The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan reminds of the necessity to comply with legislation when submitting appeals.
Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic have the right to appeal to state authorities to protect their legal interests.
Appeals can be submitted in the following ways:
– in written form (application, complaint, appeal);
– in electronic form (via the official website or by email);
– orally — during a personal reception.
The state authority is obliged to register the appeal, consider it, and provide a response within the time frame established by law (usually from 14 to 30 days).
The appeal must include:
– the name of the state authority or its territorial subdivision;
– the surname, first name, and patronymic of the applicant;
– contact phone number;
– residential address.
To conduct tax activities based on citizens' appeals, it is necessary to provide documented information about possible violations, including:
– the surname, first name, and patronymic of the taxpayer;
– the identification tax number (ITN);
– the address of economic activity;
– specific facts of violation of tax legislation.
Appeals that do not include this information, as well as anonymous appeals, may be left without consideration.
The complaint must be substantiated. If necessary, documents and other materials confirming the stated facts should be attached.
Important: The Tax Service has the right to refuse to consider appeals that do not contain specific data and evidence.
To submit an appeal or complaint electronically, you can use email. Email addresses are posted on the official website of the Tax Service in the "Contacts" section, subsection "Citizen Appeals".
In addition, a hotline for complaints about unlawful actions of employees is available: 0 (312) 62-11-13.
