The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan held negotiations with several countries in the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Oman, regarding the evacuation of Kyrgyz citizens. By order of Sadyr Japarov, an agreement was reached with Oman to allocate two charter flights to evacuate 300 citizens of the republic, with priority given to women and children.
