The Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic has announced the launch of the mobile application "Electronic Notary" in test mode.
According to the department, this application will allow users to perform various notarial actions in a digital format. The available functions include certifying the consent of parents and legal representatives for the travel of minors abroad, consent for registration at the place of residence, as well as processing passports and managing citizenship. It will also be possible to certify powers of attorney for obtaining documents from government agencies, customs clearance of goods, and representing interests in state institutions without transferring rights.
The application will be useful for both individuals and legal entities, whether located within the country or abroad, provided that national legislation and international agreements are observed.
The application can be downloaded from the Play Market, and it will soon be available in the App Store as well.
