With this application, users can perform various notarial actions electronically. The available services include: certifying the consent of parents and legal representatives for the departure of minors from the country, consent for registration at the place of residence, passport issuance, obtaining and renouncing citizenship, as well as certifying powers of attorney for obtaining documents from government agencies, customs clearance of goods, and representing interests in government institutions.
Access to notarial services through the application is provided for both individuals and legal entities, whether located within Kyrgyzstan or outside its borders, provided that the requirements of national legislation and international agreements are met.
This digital tool is part of a comprehensive reform of the notary system aimed at improving remote access for citizens and legal entities to notarial services.
