During his working visit to the Issyk-Kul region, the Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Talaybek Ibraev, visited the Jyrgalan region. Here, he inspected the electrification works of the ski complex "Ala-Tuu Resort".
According to the ministry, Ibraev familiarized himself with the substations "Three Peaks" (35/10 kV) and "Jyrgalan" (35/6 kV), and assessed the condition of the electrical networks in the area.
In addition, the minister visited the new building of the Jyrgalan electrical networks section, which will operate as part of the Ak-Suu RES, and instructed to analyze the staffing of the unit. He also promised to provide this institution with official transport.
As part of his trip, the minister reviewed the progress of the construction of the Jyrgalan HPP and learned about the current status of the project implementation.
According to the instructions of President Sadyr Japarov regarding the development of the energy sector and the elimination of shortages, Ibraev is overseeing the implementation of these projects, ensuring they are equipped and financed as needed.
In particular, the construction of a 47 km overhead line from the 110 kV "Przhevalsk" substation to the new 110 kV "Ala-Tuu Resort" substation is planned. The design has been completed, all necessary contracts have been signed, and the route is currently being clarified along with the agreement on the locations for the installation of poles. The line will pass through the territories of three rural administrations, all relevant permits have been obtained, and negotiations with the forestry department and landowners are ongoing.
A site for the construction of a 110/35/10 kV substation has also been selected, documentation has been prepared, and the stages of coordination are continuing. It is noted that all projects will be implemented according to the established deadlines and schedules.
