This data was announced on February 27 at a meeting attended by the Chairman of the Supreme Court Mederbek Satyiev and the Chairman of the Osh Regional Court Erlan Asanov.
According to Asanov, out of the total number of cases, 42,422 were considered. For comparison, in 2024, the region received 39,734 cases. Thus, this year there is an increase of 6,136 cases compared to the previous year.
Mederbek Satyiev emphasized that the quality of justice directly depends on the level of professionalism of judges, their responsibility, and their ability to consistently apply the norms of the law.
The meeting also presented information that the city and district courts issued 86 private rulings aimed at eliminating violations in institutions and enterprises.
In addition, the participants of the meeting were tasked with developing initiatives for the digitalization of the judicial system and organizing court sessions in a live broadcast format. As a result of the meeting, judges who achieved high results were recognized, and the need to share their experiences and implement best practices in other courts was expressed.
